Not the same thing

Seeing an editorial in the paper I started thinking about the possible causes of the set back in education mentioned. We got lucky that our son advanced during the pandemic… but we spent a lot of time, effort, and got a lot of resources to make sure we covered everything listed for the standard curriculum. The local public school on the other hand made a ruling that student’s couldn’t be graded on activities that were during the first part of the pandemic.
