Some holiday desserts are rich and decadent… this one is refreshing and magical. Frozen Peppermint Pie is like winter on a plate — creamy, minty, and a little sparkly if you sprinkle crushed candy canes on top. Peppermint is great for heart burn too…. Really this is just ice cream with crushed peppermint in it spread into a cookie crust and calling it pie.

The best part? It’s no-bake. Your oven can stay busy with other holiday goodies while this pie chills quietly in the freezer, waiting to impress. You can even substitute peppermint ice cream to make it even easier.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 prepared chocolate cookie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
  • Optional: extra crushed peppermint for garnish

  1. Mix the Filling
    In a large bowl, gently fold together softened ice cream, whipped topping, and crushed peppermint candies.
