Pay by Plate Mass
We just received a bill from Pay by Plate in Massachusetts, it came in my husband’s name (and they gave him a middle name to top it off). I tried to call in about it and couldn’t get through, then I tried to chat. I was told they couldn’t speak to me because my husband’s name was on the bill. They claimed that they use the first name on the registration for the car. At this point I checked our registration, and my name is first. I have faxed them a copy and still haven’t heard anything.
